Tell us your opinion and perception on the Framework Decision 2008/909/JHA on the transfer of sentenced persons in the EU!

If you are an expert or a practitioner dealing with this instrument, your view on the general features and objectives of the Framework Decision is particularly important for our research group.  
The outcomes of this survey will help us to better focus the main challenges regarding the implementation of this Framework Decision and to propose solutions to improve cooperation between national judicial authorities.
